Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-quality service to guests, ensuring a positive dining and gaming experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Maintain a pleasant and welcoming attitude towards all customers, ensuring prompt and neat service of food and beverages.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately count and manage cash and company funds received from customers.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, notifying supervisors when quantities are low.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.

Requirements
