Overview

As a Lead Geriatric Care Nurse Practitioner, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend obligations. Your primary focus will be on addressing the intricate healthcare needs of the elderly population, with patient consultations lasting between 30 to 45 minutes. Key Responsibilities

We seek Nurse Practitioners with relevant experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. Ideal candidates are those who prioritize patient care over patient volume, taking the necessary time to fully address the needs of each patient.

Qualifications

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment
  • Eligibility for a Federal DEA License
  • Preferred experience or training in geriatrics
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification
