Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This individual will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they will prepare and edit documents, coordinate events, and develop solutions to improve processes.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
- Process transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, utilizing strong writing and communication skills.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements, demonstrating flexibility and organizational abilities.
- Develop and implement effective solutions, improving processes and increasing productivity.
- Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using other software applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team player, with ability to collaborate with colleagues and build strong relationships.
- High school diploma and one to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
