- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
- Schedule appointments
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
Qualifications
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care
Additional Requirements
- Familiarity with dental software (preferably Carestream Dental: Win OMS)
- Knowledge of insurance codes
