- Go over deals with lenders and work every deal diligently
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent organizational skills (time management) and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to work with accounting data in an accurate manner
