Job Title: Lead AV Technician

Indian Township Solutions (ITS) is a leading provider of audiovisual systems integration and installation services to the government sector. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AV Technician to join our team.

Job Summary

The Lead AV Technician will be responsible for managing all life-cycle phases of AV projects, including project documentation, system configuration, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AV systems integration, experience leading a team, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all life-cycle phases of AV projects, including project documentation and system configuration
  • Load, test, and troubleshoot control systems, including AMX, Crestron, and Extron
  • Configure advanced AV equipment, including Extron, Crestron, AMX, CISCO, ClearOne, and Biamp
  • Fabricate, terminate, and install AV and IT cabling, including RJ-45, DB-9, 3.5mm, and XLR
  • Configure video conferencing solutions from Polycom and CISCO
  • Test, commission, troubleshoot, and diagnose various AV systems
  • Perform site surveys and document requirements for Engineers and PMs
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in AV systems integration
  • Experience leading a team and providing accurate project documentation
  • Ability to obtain a CTS Certification within the first year of employment
  • Ability to travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations
