Key Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate all aspects of air export, including scheduling pick-ups and rating shipments correctly
  • Correspond with customers, vendors, and overseas offices to ensure seamless logistics
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver high-level service to customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in air export and/or customer service
  • In-depth knowledge of export procedures and regulations
  • Ability to work with demanding deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Solid knowledge of domestic and international geography and basic knowledge of U.S. Regulatory Laws
