We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group. In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas.
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance technician work, preferably in property management for commercial or multi-family properties. You should possess intermediate knowledge of various skills such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and drywall installation and repairs. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and have reliable transportation capable of transporting necessary tools.
The compensation package includes an estimated $25-$30 hourly wage. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance, and access to a 401(k) program with an employer match after 90 days of employment. We also offer paid sick time, vacation, nine paid holidays, and your birthday off.
In this position, you will work closely with experienced maintenance technicians to perform essential maintenance duties, including repairs, electrical work, and janitorial tasks. You will be required to manage work orders using technology and have excellent time management skills. The ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
