Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is a reputable property management company seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join their team in Portland, Oregon. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of our 140-unit apartment community, The Morrison Apartments.

The ideal candidate will have one year of experience as a Maintenance Technician I or two years of previous maintenance experience, preferably in property management for commercial or multi-family properties. Previous knowledge of building systems, such as HVAC and water filtration, is preferred, along with janitorial experience. Motivation, time management, and the ability to follow instructions are essential skills for this role.

In addition to performing routine maintenance tasks, you will also be required to manage work orders using technology and possess intermediate knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation and repairs, and flooring installation and repair. You will also be expected to operate a pressure washer and lift up to 75 pounds.
