At Commercial and Residential Management Group, we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of our properties.

We're seeking an individual with exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills. Previous maintenance experience is a must, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential. About the Role:

This is a part-time position, working Monday to Thursday, with 28 contracted hours per week. The hourly wage range is $23-$26. You'll also receive a monthly cell phone stipend of $25 and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year of experience in a Maintenance Technician I role or two years of previous maintenance experience, preferably in property management
  • Janitorial experience a plus
  • Motivation, time management, and ability to follow instructions
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation and repairs, and flooring installation and repair
  • Experience operating a pressure washer
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Knowledge and experience using a vacuum cleaner and other janitorial equipment, both manual and power
  • Available for after-hours emergencies
  • A current and valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal communications and directions
  • Understanding and administration of landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and refraining from all illegal discrimination practices
