Job Summary: We are seeking an Employee Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Riverpark Operations LLC. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our clinical personnel.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education and a passion for teaching and mentoring. Key responsibilities include:
  • Planning and implementing ongoing education and training programs to promote quality care and improve patient outcomes.
  • Conducting needs assessments to identify educational gaps and developing targeted solutions.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements.
  • Providing clinical and classroom instruction, as well as on-the-job coaching to licensed and unlicensed personnel.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a graduate degree in nursing (BSN or MSN) and an active RN license in the state of Oregon. At least three years of nursing experience, including one year in a long-term care environment, is also required. Preferred qualifications include certification as an Infection Control Nurse and ACLS certification.

Salary Estimate: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
