About the Role
The Account Growth Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and exceeding sales goals, communicating client needs to the Operations team, generating sales leads and prospects, making direct sales calls and presentations, educating prospects and clients about the relationship between a skilled workforce and productivity and profitability, registering new clients and educating them about benefits and terms, collecting monies owed on a timely basis, attending trade-related events and participating in association committees, following up with registered clients to build relationships and create orders, building ongoing relationships with client senior management and office personnel, conducting follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and quality control, delivering periodic employee evaluations, deciding how to deal with client issues and complaints, preparing field employees for assignments and walking them onto first jobs, building field employee relationships by calling and visiting job sites, being aware of field employee assignments and addressing issues in a proactive manner, maintaining client sales files, attending required meetings and completing a Sales Activity Report, completing and presenting a daily plan, responding to work-related injuries and supporting the recruitment process, remaining updated on procedures and adhering to them, and participating in field and classroom training activities.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong customer relationships, self-motivation, goal-orientation, regular and predictable attendance, familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems, experience with cold calling, canvassing, and generating new business leads, and a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
