Key Responsibilities- **Component Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement component strategies to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- **Quality Assurance:** Lead the qualification and validation of components, ensuring they meet our quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Technical Leadership:** Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and test components, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful product launches.
- **Collaboration and Communication:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, purchasing, and sales, to ensure seamless component delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Problem-Solving and Analysis:** Identify and resolve technical issues related to components, analyzing data and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in component engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
- **Skills:** Strong understanding of component technology, quality assurance principles, and technical leadership skills.
- **Certifications:** Technical certifications in component engineering or quality assurance are a plus.
**Competitive Salary:** $67,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
