The Director of Payor Success will lead Grow's efforts to serve the needs of our payor partners broadly. This role ensures we meet expectations while fostering collaboration across the organization to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive Strategic Partnerships with Payors: Build relationships, identify opportunities, address deficiencies, and drive mutual growth
  • Establish and Oversee VBC Agreements: Secure and implement value-based care contracts, ensuring Grow meets performance and revenue targets
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with stakeholders in Product and Operations to resolve issues and execute on organizational goals
  • Build and Lead a Team: Manage and develop a team of high-potential individuals, fostering a strong culture of collaboration, career growth, and accountability

We offer a competitive salary range of $151,200 - $210,000 USD and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, wellness programs, and professional development opportunities.
