Job Title: Land Rover BDC Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Collaborate with the service team to optimize appointment scheduling and ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience and driving customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
