Land Rover Business Development Center Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Collaborate with the service team to optimize appointment scheduling and ensure efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience and driving customer loyalty.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering results.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
