Service BDC Representative Job Description

At Land Rover Hartford, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments and provide timely follow-up to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and coordinate with other departments to provide a cohesive customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in managing service-related marketing campaigns and promotions to drive business growth.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
