Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team at StoneWorks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Position Details:

Hourly Wage: $19.50

Shift Schedule:

  • Day Shift: Monday - Friday, starting at 6 AM
  • Night Shift: Monday night - Saturday morning, from 6 PM to 4:30 AM

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package starting from day one, including:

  • 80 hours of vacation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing pouring, de-molding, and cleaning tasks for molds
  • Conducting quality control checks and packaging finished goods
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel
  • Engaging in general cleanup and preventative maintenance activities

Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently, both above shoulder height and below waist level
  • Proficient in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
  • Comfortable working in a non-temperature controlled manufacturing setting
  • Must adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and N95 respirators
