**Job Summary**

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Control Specialist 1st Shift to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production line equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical support to production lines by identifying and resolving equipment failures and other issues.
  • Complete all assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks through SAP.
  • Participate in equipment rebuilds and overhauls to maintain production line efficiency.
  • Assist with parts management and communicate with the Parts Planner to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Provide regular communication with maintenance staff through end-of-shift reports.
  • Support the Swire Manufacturing Continuous Improvement (SMCI) process by participating in established routines with production operators.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow established safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Operate the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management system to track inventory and production line performance.
  • Clean and maintain tools, parts, and equipment after repairs and maintenance.
  • Install new equipment as needed and provide technical expertise to train and support production staff.
  • Operate and monitor equipment, replenish materials as needed, and perform quality reviews to ensure safety and performance standards.

**Requirements**

  • High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate.
  • Trade School certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience.
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read schematics.
  • Welding and fabrication experience.
  • Experience working with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC systems.
  • Ability to learn new software and interfaces quickly.
  • Carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, welding, fabrication, docks, and doors, security systems experience.
  • Production facility repairs as assigned.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and industrial technology preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
