Manufacturing Control Specialist

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and facilities.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to production lines by troubleshooting failures and making necessary repairs to equipment and facilities.
- Complete all assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks through SAP.
- Participate in rebuilds and overhauls of production line and support equipment.
- Assist with parts management and communicate any deficiencies to the Parts Planner.
- Provide consistent communication with fellow maintenance staff through End of Shift reports.
- Support the Swire Manufacturing Continuous Improvement (SMCI) process by participating in established routines with production operators.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow established safety, quality, and environmental policies and practices.
- Operate the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management system to ensure inventory and production line operational excellence.
- Clean tools, parts, and equipment after line rebuilds/repairs/maintenance.
- Install new equipment as necessary and provide technical expertise to train and support production.
- Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
- Conduct quality reviews of equipment to ensure safety and performance standards.
- High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate.
- Trade School certification preferred.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience.
- Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read schematics.
- Welding and Fabrication experience.
- Experience working with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC systems.
- Ability to learn new software and interfaces quickly.
- Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Welding, Fabrication, docks, and doors experience.
- Production Facility repairs as assigned.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and industrial technology preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
