Job Summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to production lines by troubleshooting failures and making necessary repairs to equipment and facilities.
  • Complete all assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks through SAP.
  • Participate in rebuilds and overhauls of production line and support equipment.
  • Assist with parts management and communicate any deficiencies to the Parts Planner.
  • Provide consistent communication with fellow maintenance staff through End of Shift reports.
  • Support the Swire Manufacturing Continuous Improvement (SMCI) process by participating in established routines with production operators.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow established safety, quality, and environmental policies and practices.
  • Operate the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management system to ensure inventory and production line operational excellence.
  • Clean tools, parts, and equipment after line rebuilds/repairs/maintenance.
  • Install new equipment as necessary and provide technical expertise to train and support production.
  • Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
  • Conduct quality reviews of equipment to ensure safety and performance standards.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate.
  • Trade School certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience.
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read schematics.
  • Welding and Fabrication experience.
  • Experience working with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC systems.
  • Ability to learn new software and interfaces quickly.
  • Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Welding, Fabrication, docks, and doors experience.
  • Production Facility repairs as assigned.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and industrial technology preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
