The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist, Peripheral Expert to join our team in Kansas City. This role will support Abbott's Vascular division by promoting innovative, minimally invasive products for the treatment of vascular disease.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for case planning, case support coverage, and product pull-through throughout the designated territory and region as needed. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a technical procedure and product expert in support of case coverage in the hospital setting.
  • Meetings with existing and potential customers (e.g., physicians, physician office groups) to discuss and demonstrate how Vascular products can help them achieve their goals.
  • Developing relationships with hospital personnel, identifying key decision makers, and providing clinical education and sales support.
  • Educating customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of related work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned regions.
