- Provide follow-up on problems or escalation.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.
- Ensure client-specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system.
- 2-3 years of technical experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
