Director of Compensation and HRIS

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Compensation and HRIS to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the configuration of HR systems and applications, developing reporting to support HR functions, and leading the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- HRIS and Compensation Leadership: Provide strategic oversight of compensation programs that drive performance and comply with all collective bargaining agreements.
- HRIS Configuration and Reporting: Analyze configuration details, rules, and business processes within the HRIS system, and make recommendations for continuous process improvement.
- Compensation Program Development: Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs, policies, and procedures for faculty and staff positions.
- HRIS Security and Compliance: Ensure proper documentation and audit processes are developed, approved, and followed, and safeguard assets, comply with College policies and procedures, and ensure reliability of internal and external reporting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
- Experience: Seven (7) years of relevant work experience in HRIS and compensation is required.
- Skills: Advanced level proficiency using an HRIS system such as Ellucian Banner is required, as well as previous management experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
