Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Director to join our team at Adams and Associates. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing overall management to assigned functions, ensuring students achieve educational and industry-recognized training leading to full-time jobs, higher education or advanced training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive and individualized case management to students to ensure progress, retention, and completion of the Job Corps program.
  • Ensure Wellness Services are provided as prescribed in the PRH and act as a liaison between Center and Adams Corporate Offices regarding Center activities and contract compliance.
  • Respond to Company and DOL requests in a timely and professional manner, analyzing systems/data and using judgment and discretion to resolve issues.
  • Supervise and manage the Student Services and Department, serving as the Lead Adams and Associates, Inc. Director at the Site of Operation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school required.
  • A valid in-state teaching certificate preferred.
  • Previous teaching or Job Corps experience preferred.
