About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Allied Residential. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in all day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth management of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Community Manager in leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties
  • Conduct rent collection, delinquency, and move-out statements
  • Maintain highly organized filing systems for leases, residents, insurance certificates, vendors, building contracts, and purchase orders
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements:

  • Have knowledge and understanding of Tax Credit paperwork
  • Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Have a positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
  • Consistent work history and verifiable references
  • Ability to pass drug/background and reference check
  • A valid driver's license
