Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant III to join our team at our Seattle Dental Clinic. As a Dental Assistant III, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental providers in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist dental providers in the delivery of dental procedures, including Restorative, Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Orthodontics, and Oral Surgery.
  • Perform tasks such as duplicating and mounting radiographs, placing temporary restorations, taking impressions, pouring and trimming models, and providing fluoride treatments.
  • Maintain proper records for material safety data sheets (MSDS), spore test, inventory of dental supplies, and assist in training new Dental Assistants.
  • Organize schedules to generate checklists for maintenance of dental procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid Washington State Dental Assistant certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification within 90 days of hiring and maintenance throughout employment.
  • 2 years of working experience in a dental setting.
  • Dental record experience and familiarity with the utilization of computers and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
