Sales and Growth Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and staying ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty and wellness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
