Job SummaryWe are seeking a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to work in Princeton House Behavioral Health. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement individualized plans of care, providing accurate and timely nursing interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Develops and maintains a plan of nursing care based on goals derived from identified needs; revises the patients individualized plan of care as indicated
- Implements individualized nursing plan of care, consistent with established policies, procedures, and protocols
- Evaluates and documents patient responses to nursing care, and participates in evaluating and improving the delivery of care on the unit
- Demonstrates accuracy in entering medication orders on the computer and medication administration
- Provides appropriate coordination of care and intervention to patients undergoing a psychiatric or medical emergency
- Bachelor's degree required, or in pursuit of
- A registered nurse with an Associate's Degree with greater than 5 years of clinical experience in a clinical specialty may be considered
- 15 months of RN experience required
- Psych experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Active RN NJ license
