Administrative Assistant III Job Description

Volt is hiring an Administrative Assistant III to provide administrative support to a department. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to a department, including data-entry, uploading files, record keeping, processing and reconciling payments, budget management, coordinating meetings, and managing internal databases.
  • Work on special projects, including recording, compiling, retrieving, and analyzing information.
  • Multi-task, prioritize, and complete projects in tight timelines.
  • Identify gaps, next steps, and communicate to appropriate team members the action items that need to be completed.
  • Use strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office.
  • Work hours are flexible due to the global nature of the department.
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay Rate:

$24 per hour.

The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
