As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in our branch by delivering a welcoming first impression to customers through friendly and professional service. Position Details
This is a Part-Time role, with a commitment of up to 32 hours per week. Flexibility is essential to accommodate staffing needs for training or employee absences. Typical working hours are Monday-Thursday from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:45 AM to 12:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in achieving their financial objectives by providing a welcoming first impression through courteous service.
- Process customer transactions efficiently.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Manage cash handling and maintain accurate drawer balances.
- Ensure proper maintenance of bank and customer records.

- Technologically proficient; comfortable using various computer systems.
- Adaptable to changing environments.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of six months experience in customer service; cash handling experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
