**Job Overview:** We are seeking a talented GIS Database Manager to join our team at the Town of Smyrna. As a key member of our Planning and Zoning Department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our GIS database, as well as providing technical support and assistance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and maintain the Town's GIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to other departments.
  • Develop and implement GIS solutions to meet the needs of various departments.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Geography, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in land use planning administration and/or GIS software applications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GIS theory and practices, as well as enterprise information technology systems and structures.

**Salary:** $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
