Job Title: Director, Scientific Affairs

US Health Connect is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Scientific Affairs to join our team. As a key member of our Scientific Affairs team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to advance our medical education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute content strategies to support business development and educational initiatives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, freelancers, and external partners to create high-quality educational content
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets
  • Work closely with the business development team to identify and develop educational strategies
  • Develop and review content for needs assessments, learning objectives, and agendas used in CME grant proposals
  • Travel occasionally to monitor live events, attend scientific/medical conferences, and support business development teams in the field
Requirements:
  • Scientific or clinical degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the CME or healthcare education/communication field
  • Experience writing needs assessments/gap analyses for CME grant proposals
  • Experience developing content for live and enduring CME activities
  • Strong leadership qualities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a keen eye for detail
