Department Supervisor Job Description
As a Department Supervisor at Home Depot, you will be responsible for:
- Training and Development
- Train, coach, and develop associates in each department to ensure customers receive excellent service.
- Merchandising and Operations
- Provide valuable input into merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team.
- Leadership and Product Knowledge
- Show strong product knowledge and the ability to lead and develop others.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance associate knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with the Store Management Team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and store operations.
