Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardscape Construction Leader to join our team at Inside Out Design Llc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading quality hardscape, masonry, and construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lay permeable and traditional pavers and natural stone
  • Build dry and masonry walls
  • Operate machinery in all conditions
  • Complete projects with little oversight from others
  • Develop project plan, logistics, goals
  • Layout and install from plans independently
  • Inspect job sites throughout for highest quality standards
  • Lead crew (clock ins/outs, discipline, training, safety, productivity, efficiency, etc)
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated, focused, self-starter
  • Computer literate
  • Able to effectively use CRM app
  • Excellent manager and leader
  • Able to handle any issues, a great problem solver
  • Great organizer and communicator
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CMHA/ICPI certified, drystone or masonry certified, or other industry certifications
  • Welding, mechanic, additional construction experience
