Medical Support Specialist

As a Medical Assistant at Medics Primary and Urgent Care, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include triaging patients, administering injections, and facilitating referrals and prior authorizations. This is a Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm position that requires a high level of organization and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Triage patients and prioritize their care
Administer injections and medications as prescribed
Facilitate referrals and prior authorizations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
