Job Summary:

As a Clinical Medical Support Specialist with All Medical Personnel, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical offices. Your primary responsibility will be to assist physicians with basic office medical functions, maintaining a coordinated approach to patient care. You will work closely with our medical team to provide expedient and appropriate patient care, performing patient and family education, counseling, and teaching as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for bringing patients into exam rooms, obtaining brief histories of complaints, preparing patients for exams, and taking vital signs. Your clerical duties will include referrals, scheduling appointments, filling out forms, and answering phones. You will also assist physicians with exams and procedures as needed, stock rooms, and take care of instruments and autoclave equipment. As a Clinical Medical Support Specialist, you will be expected to assume charge position as required in the absence of supervisory personnel and perform other duties/projects as assigned.

Requirements:
2+ Years of experience - Required
Comfortable with phone calls, greetings, processing, mailing, and cleaning - Required
High School diploma - Required
MA certification - Not Required
BLS (AHA)
