Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Adamas Building Services. As a leading provider of White Glove Services for luxury residential communities, we are committed to delivering exceptional service experiences to our residents.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and guests. They will be responsible for meeting and greeting residents and guests, directing them to appropriate destinations, and checking in and announcing incoming guests. Additionally, they will be responsible for receiving packages and deliveries, resolving complaints from residents and guests, and performing basic clerical duties such as answering telephones, faxing, copying, and light organization and cleaning of assigned work areas.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Ability to build positive relationships with high levels of interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work and stand on your feet for several hours
  • Proficiency in handling office equipment including complex multiple-lined telephones, printers, and copy machines
  • Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible working hours
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background checks
  • Support for the organization's vision, mission, and core values
