Guest Service:

As a Customer Service Representative at Golden Corral, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your interactions will be warm, welcoming, and personalized, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests as they enter the restaurant and offering a sincere invitation to return as they leave.
  • Offering assistance to any guests who may need help.
  • Processing GC On the Go To-Go orders.
  • Providing friendly and courteous phone service.
  • Handling payments accurately.
  • Knowing and following position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.
  • Having a full knowledge of menu and prices.

Cleanliness:

Maintaining a clean and organized environment is crucial to providing excellent guest service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas are clean and well-maintained. This includes:

  • Maintaining organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
  • Helping to ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct.
  • Cleaning all buffets and surrounding areas.
  • Following local health department laws.
  • Performing duty roster and ensuring cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.

Operational Excellence:

We are committed to operational excellence at Golden Corral. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes:

  • Informing the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
  • Ensuring drawer balances with daily paperwork.
