Job Summary

The Assistant Restaurant Leader is a key role in supporting the Restaurant Leader in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This position is responsible for upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Leader in managing restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, and crew performance.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Leader to achieve business objectives, such as increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to crew members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
