Your Role at Raising Cane's

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Leader in managing restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, and inventory management.
  • Assist in training and developing crew members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food products.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
