**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the General Manager in managing the restaurant's daily operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and quality food.
  • Manage labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans, goals, and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
