Residential Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Residential Advisor at New Hampshire Job Corps (NHJC). As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future lives of our students. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about making a positive impact on young adults.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, clean, and structured living environment for our students. This includes coordinating activities, directing residential advisors on assigned shifts, and providing individualized case management to maintain student enrollment and success in the program.
About NH Job Corps
New Hampshire Job Corps is a leading provider of career training programs for eligible young people ages 16 through 24. Our comprehensive approach helps students complete their high school education, acquire valuable skills, and gain employment. With a proven track record of success, we have trained and educated over two million individuals since 1964.
Salary: $42,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
