Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a warehouse team to meet production goals

  • Maintain documentation for tracking attendance, productivity, behavior, and safety
  • Prepare production and staffing reports for management
  • Work closely with various departments to coordinate the order fulfillment process
  • Minimize fulfillment costs and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of college experience or a 2-year college degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience
  • Experience providing leadership, supervision, accountability, and training
  • Experience using computerized inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively and lift 50 lbs periodically
