Warehouse Supervisor Opportunity at Schneider Electric

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our West Chester, OH location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the receipt, warehousing, order filling, packing, shipping, and processing of Schneider Electric products.
  • Organize and assign work to ensure efficient completion in accordance with established procedures, safety, and quality standards.
  • Guide team members in safety, health, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise and coordinate receiving, storage, packing, and order fulfillment operations, requiring knowledge of material logistics processes, internal inventory systems, value-added services, and production/order requirements.
  • Drive team engagement through teamwork, well-being, collaboration, and understanding.
  • Monitor and interpret logistics performance, cost, quality to evaluate efficiency and continuously improve.
  • Manage staffing, performance management, task delegation, project delegation, work planning, and head-count management, including departmental approved time off policies.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain preferred, but not required; equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education.
  • At least 3-5 years of warehouse experience.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to independently execute company strategies.
  • Ability to communicate with empathy in a straightforward manner.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse environment.
  • High desire to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with both management and employees.
