- Organize and assign work to ensure efficient completion in accordance with established procedures, safety, and quality standards.
- Guide team members in safety, health, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and coordinate receiving, storage, packing, and order fulfillment operations, requiring knowledge of material logistics processes, internal inventory systems, value-added services, and production/order requirements.
- Drive team engagement through teamwork, well-being, collaboration, and understanding.
- Monitor and interpret logistics performance, cost, quality to evaluate efficiency and continuously improve.
- Manage staffing, performance management, task delegation, project delegation, work planning, and head-count management, including departmental approved time off policies.
- Degree in Supply Chain preferred, but not required; equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education.
- At least 3-5 years of warehouse experience.
- Prior experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to independently execute company strategies.
- Ability to communicate with empathy in a straightforward manner.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse environment.
- High desire to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with both management and employees.
