Key Responsibilities

  • Creates compelling content about the organization, its services, and target markets to drive revenue and lead generation across digital platforms.
  • Ensures timely updates and publishing of content on the organization's external websites.
  • Plans and manages the organization's presence at trade shows, conferences, and client events.
  • Designs and distributes email marketing campaigns to promote services and events.
  • Utilizes desktop publishing tools to refine printed materials.
  • Analyzes and reports on metrics related to websites, email campaigns, events, and digital content.
  • Conducts research to provide insights on industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Collaborates with internal and external teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Maintains branding consistency and quality across all marketing initiatives.
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of the organization's business, services, and target markets.
  • Undertakes additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, journalism, or communications.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Familiarity with mass email marketing tools is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Background in marketing within engineering, construction, energy, or industrial sectors is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO practices is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure and dynamic environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills are required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
