Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Advocate to join our team at Hitachi Energy USA INC. As a key member of our Enterprise Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Provide operational support, strategic planning, and service level agreement implementation to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular service review meetings and performance reports with customer account teams.
  • Act as the situation manager in critical incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Lead and coordinate service teams to improve customer experience, service quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong background in managing enterprise-level customers and continuous service improvement.
  • Hands-on proficiency with hardware, software, and operating systems in enterprise environments.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Prior experience leading, motivating, and coordinating services.
