Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production schedules to support commercial and operations activities
  • Receive customer orders, analyze capacity, and develop feasible production schedules
  • Liaise with sales, customers, and plant resources to manage demand and allocate capacity
  • Track and communicate financials, manage stock programs, and perform inventory counting
  • Collaborate with shipping to monitor shipping risks and opportunities
  • Resolve daily issues and minimize impact to customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business, plus 5-7 years of production planning and/or materials management experience
  • Ability to track, interpret, and present data to guide decisions
  • Sound administrative and managerial skills, with prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computerized databases and spreadsheet software
  • Willingness to travel as needed
