Job Title: Field Equipment Specialist

This is a remote position that offers a unique blend of technical expertise and customer focus. As a Field Equipment Specialist with Hussmann, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of commercial refrigeration equipment in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve fit, finish, and field quality issues for Hussmann products.
  • Order parts to resolve equipment warranty and quality issues.
  • Manage technical issues for delivered equipment to gain a positive resolution for the customer.
  • Partner with the National Account Field Equipment Leads to assess situations and prioritize jobs.
  • Communicate with customer representatives, contractors, and the National Accounts sales organization on the status of all equipment issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4 years of customer focus experience.
  • Possess aptitude to comprehend mechanical systems; experience with electrical or refrigeration background preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Capacity to develop positive relationships with contractors and customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
