Job Summary

As a key member of our culinary team, the Lead Cook will be responsible for supervising hourly associates to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of products to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain product cost and labor cost within budgetary constraints.
  • Supervise and train hourly staff to implement policies and procedures effectively.
  • Ensure consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
  • Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
