Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our members and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Patient Care
    • Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all patients and members
    • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Check patients in and out of appointments
    • Process payments and manage patient accounts
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Participate in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients to our clinics
    • Upsell and cross-sell services and products to patients
    • Develop and maintain relationships with patients and members to increase loyalty and retention
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
    • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
    • Assist with special projects and events as needed
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the chiropractic team to ensure seamless patient care
    • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve patient issues and concerns
    • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • High school diploma or equivalent required
      • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
      • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
      • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
    • Work Environment
      • Work in a chiropractic clinic environment
      • Exposure to patient information and confidential data
