Business Service Liaison

Cirtec Medical is seeking a highly skilled Business Service Representative to join our team. As a Business Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the organization and maintaining customer relationships through regular communication with customers and key stakeholders.
You will work closely with Business Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineers, and Finance to drive customer initiatives and meet site revenue and profitability objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer objectives and wellbeing of sustaining programs in the NovelCath location.
- Review key program metrics to ensure profitability.
- Develop proposals necessary to support sustaining programs.
- Follow the quote during negotiations with the customer.
- Assist with sales pipeline management.
- Manage and drive Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
- Support customer needs internally within NovelCath.
- Communicate with internal and external customers in a cooperative and professional manner.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma Required, College Degree preferred.
- Understanding of simple financial concepts and ability to communicate them effectively.
- Ability to think and solve problems on the fly.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Three years or more working in Class II and III medical devices.
- Project and program coordination experience.
- Microsoft Project and general software skills required.
